So it was a weekend of walking and relaxing as we didn't want to drive the car that much. I spent most of Sunday doing some 3D modeling on the computer and reading. Not a bad way to spend a weekend but it could have been a little more eventful.
Today (Monday) we got the car fixed (£180.....ouch) and then worked all day. At least we only have 9 working days left with one weekend in-between. We are planning on heading to Wales in 2 weeks followed by Devon and stopping in to see family in Bristol as well although they don't know it yet....unless they are reading this blog entry.
Well I will cut this off here now as I have no real great stories to tell presently and no great photos to post. I have attached a model that I am working on for you all to see and critique if you want. It also happens to be the book series that I am reading at the moment. Enjoy.

That's it, time for you to move back home! Milton and England sound equally boring, you should just give up being there and come home so you have company!!
On a side note, how terrible is muchmusic's show video on trial? WHY would you dedicate 30minutes to having lameasses rip up music videos when you are trying to get people to watch these videos AFTER the show is over?? that is all for now. Move home!

Holy shit Phil, those are models? I thought you took a photo of the books and just cropped them out from the background. The shading is beautiful and they look so damn real, but they are missing shadows. Look how the top book rests on the other two without creating any shadow. Other than that it looks amazing, albeit slightly tilted.
P.S. You guys should be glad that they don't have constant commercials for ringtones on Much Music. MTV over here is pure shite, so enjoy Much Music and all of it's lameness and be glad that it's not MTV.
First of all just be glad you get a music channel. In fact be happy you get more than 5 channels. We get 5 and they are mostly filled with soap operas...
To answer everyones next question... yes I do watch one called hollyoaks. If you watched it you would understand...
Yes I modeled those books for fun and I think Megan avoided me the whole time I was modeling them. Not sure why. I thought girls liked that sort of thing.
And lastly thanks for the kind words curt. I will work on a few shadows by adding some lights and some objects around them to cast shadows onto. Right now they are just floating in space and the angle I put the light at will only cast shadows straight down.
The next model I am working on is a 6 grams of fat football (soccer ball to some).
Curt are they still playing those dumb ringtone commercials? I thought that they were taking those away soon.
Me and Megan still make fun of that gangster one!!! You know the one "Pick up the phone...Its me"
Actually the started cutting down on those fucking commercials in october, but now they are back again. God knows why. Germany's new chancellor even made it a point to remove those commercials from TV because they're like garbage littered on the highway. Thankfully that "pick up the phone baaaaaby" one is gone forever.
