A small update

Well not a lot has really been happening lately hence the lack of blog updates. I did however go to pick up the new car last weekend in Cardiff. I took the train over from Bristol which only cost me £8. The downside was I was stuck with about 40 people on their way to a Jehovah’s Witness conference. So I was handed a lot of pamphlets but after talking to me they soon got the point and went off. Anyways the car is great. It needs some minor work but we are fixing it up as we go. We have been going on a few drives in the small narrow country roads but I keep forgetting to take my camera. We ended up in some strange place today near a nuclear power plant. We drove right in past the sign that read "now entering a nuclear site". Sort of amusing in a way. Next time I will take my camera.

In other news Megan is heading home to Canada for a month on July 20th. I will not be joining her unfortunately as I have to work and I could only come back for 5 days with the time off I have left. It seems like a lot of money for me to spend at the moment to come back for such a short time. I will however be back over the Christmas break. Megan will be around until late August so I am sure she will end up seeing you all.

I haven't updated my blog either, mostly because my stupid ass work has me on day 13 (today) of straight work, no days off, waiting until wednesday for that one... boo kelseys.

I guess when you live somewhere new, the novelty of bringing your camera with you everywhere eventually wears off. I have barely taken any pictures of Regensburg since I started living here, and I kind of regret that, since I'm moving home in like a week.

Too bad I won't be seeing you in Canada but I'll try to make it out to Bristol for a visit one day soon.
