The reason for the lack of posts for the last week and a half is that we have had Matt Schell over from Canada for 10 days and have spent the time traveling around England. We covered so much that I will have to split the trip into a few different blog entries. I will keep this one as just a general overview and get more into detail in later posts. Our main focus was heading up the Lake District but on route stopping off at Bristol, Chester, Liverpool, and Manchester. After 2 days in the Lake District we drove across the Yorkshire Dales and stopped in to Leeds, Sherwood forest, Nottingham, Hatfield Heath, London, and Stonehenge. Once back to Severn Beach we also went over to Chepstow Castle and Tintern Abbey. It was a great trip and Matt had a great look at many English towns big and small as well as many of the major sites in England. The total trip was 1170 miles (1883km). Below are just a few photos of the trip but check back soon for more photos and a write up of each location.

Nice pics hun,
lets all go to the kitchen and have ourselves a snack!
until that last photo, I was starting to think you were lying about having matt there!
Sounds like it's a good time over there, I will have to get over there soon... good news is that Chart is looking to make me an employee after my internship, assuming everything stays good.. which it will! that means I should *hopefully* be out of school at the end of december!
